It’s a known fact that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has always been Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s muse. The duo share mutual respect, warmth and camaraderie.
While the filmmaker was promoting his last release, Bajirao Mastani, “Aishwarya Rai will always be my muse,“ was what Sanjay Leela Bhansali had said during every media interaction. His film went on to sweep seven wins at the 63rd National Awards, including Best Supporting Actress (Tanvi Azmi), Best Choreographer (Remo D’Souza) and his fourth National Award, as Best Director, on March 28.
Now, according to sources, Bhansali has written a special appearance and a song sequence with the former Miss World in mind for his next film, Padmavati. The film features Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead and Aditi Rao Hydari in a supporting role. “Bhansali spoke to Ash and they both are really keen to make it work. The song will be filmed during a 15-20 day schedule, which includes rehearsals at a suburban studio. Ash also has a few dialogues,“ reveals a source close to the development.
Lets hope what we find next into this movie.
